Meat




We've been mixing up the moose meat,gotta keep it interesting during the dark months. A few items on the menu have been stew,spaghetti sauce,roast,brats,breakfast sausage,jerky and biltong. Charcuterie is gaining interest as well, more about that later. Russell has been doing some sniffing and licking his lips,might even get a sample if he's good.
