Little Birds

Our neighbor hand feeds the nuthatches in the neighborhood.  They swoop down and flap in front of her face when they want food.  As a result we are "bombed" by these birds occasionally when she is not out to feed them.  At first it was a little frightening but now we feed them whenever they are out and we all really enjoy being able to have a bird land on our hands for a treat.
